“How to Live with a Neurotic Cat” by Stephen Baker reviewed by Matt Rappette. This book is a comical book of insights that the author shares which will surely catch the heart of any cat or animal lover. You can tell the author knows and loves cats by the descriptions and illustrations provided throughout the book. It is not a “how to” book, but a parody in the sense, that will leave you with many laughs in your quest to understand the thinking of your furry friend/companion. The book merely helps you know what you already suspect about your cat or better yet what they expect you to accept about them. You will enjoy the book from cover to cover as it is easy reading with summaries at the end of each chapter to help keep you on track. It really catches the thinking of a cat, and if you don’t get the point right away the many pictures in the book will clear things up quickly. I also recommend looking into getting the author’s book on Dogs as well. If you are looking for a book that uses jokes, humor, and comedy to help you better live in harmony with your feline friend, look no further as this is the book for you. You will not be disappointed as it will give you a good number of belly laughs. “How to Live with a Neurotic Cat” by Stephen Baker is 128 pages long and was published by Castle Books in 2014.
