Catch the Reading Bug!

Summer Reading Program 2008

Coming Early June 2008!

The Summer Reading Program encourages children to keep readin through the summer by offering incentive prizes for every 5 books read or listened to (or for every 25 pages read). In addition, all participants will have their picture posted on the "Wall of Readers." The Summer Reading Program starts the 2nd week of June. Check regularly for updates and more information.

"ABCs and Me!"

Story Time

Every Wednesday 10:00am – 11:00am

Songs, stories, a short video, and a craft are available each week for young children.

Girls' Book Club

First Wednesday of Each Month 5:00pm – 6:30pm

Girls, ages 8-11, who would like to participate in the Girls' Book Group may pick up the current month's selection at the Junior Department desk. On the first Wednesday evening of each month, all girls who have read that month's selection get together to discuss the book and do related activities.
